Principal’s message

Saint Columba is not just a school, but a thriving community where home and school come together to better each student's academic experience.

Our eager children have a real thirst for learning and our excellent staff team are committed and dedicated in ensuring that each and every child achieves. We have high standards and expect the best.

Dear St. Columba Families,

Welcome to the 2022- 2023 School Year!

I am thrilled to welcome you back to school, and it is truly an honor for me to be starting my 4th year as your principal. I’m privileged to work with an outstanding faculty and staff and a supportive school community.

We have been working hard all summer to plan for our new school year. Our classrooms have been cleaned, and are ready to accommodate our students. Our ESP program will be opening the first week of school.

St. Columba School is such a special place to learn and grow. We are proud of our school, and have high expectations for each and every student. Our students are kind, compassionate, and inquisitive. Together with our dedicated staff we strive to make connections with students to help them feel valued, accepted, and safe. Partnering with families is crucial. We appreciate your support as you work with students at home to practice safety protocols. We encourage families to stay connected and informed by reading all materials in your summer packet.

Thank you for all your support! I look forward to seeing you on our first day of school, August 30, 2022, and I would also like to extend a very warm welcome to our new families who will be joining our St. Columba School community this year!

Peace and Blessings,
Mrs. Christine Patton
